GoSuB Browser Progress, pt17

I'm still working on test 23 in the tree-parser tests. :( There are a lot of steps.. and I keep finding small issues that I keep fixing, but this main tests doesn't want to seem to pass :(

The problem is with the adoption agency algorithm, which tries to fix incorrect nested tags. But somehow it doesn't work for all my tests (some do, though). I want to see if I can rubberduck/pair with somebody else to see what I'm missing. ChatGPT keeps getting things wrong so that's not a real help at the moment.
