We've passed the infamous test 23! With the help of phpnl slack collegue Mathijs, we've managed to get the adoption agency working properly. It seems to work for most (if not all) cases so i'm very happy with passing that hurdle.

Now, I'll be focussing on the rest of the 112 tests found in test1.dat. At the moment I've got 36 tests that are not passing yet, so it's a matter of step-debugging one by one and fix them. In the meantime, there is a lot of good progress going on in the other departments like the node structures and supporting infra like website, github actions and such.
