Working a bit more on codemusings

The codemusings site needed a little bit of TLC.. I've did a redesign which in my opinion is much nicer than the way it was (also got rid of bootstrap in favor of tailwind).

And... we support the Finger protocol (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Finger(protocol)) which is the old-school way of finding out what did back in the days. If you want to try it out yourself, "finger" is still available in most linux distro's and you can easily do: finger jaytaph@codemusings.nl (or any other user) to figure out their latest codemusing quickly
