The past almost 2 months I have been working on helping a customer with a project that uses Laravel. It's a huge project, especially for this relatively small team of developers. I've been helping them with the development, but I've also been talking to the developers to help them improve their way of working, their development process and their mindset. Internal communication is also something that gets some attention.

Next week is my last week at this customer, after which I'm available to help another company! This does not mean I'm saying goodbye to this customer, because I'll still be doing coaching sessions with them twice a month.
